The client
Lowveld Epoxy & Paints sells epoxy flooring products from Nelspruit and installs them too: garage and showroom floors, warehouses and factories, plus painting, waterproofing and roof coatings.
The problem
They have two kinds of customer. Some want to buy a kit and do it themselves; others want someone to do the job. Their site needed to work as a shop for the first group and a quote request for the second, without online payment getting in the way of how they actually sell.
What we built
The catalogue is set out by category, with a page for each product. Customers build a quote list as they browse and send it on WhatsApp in one tap, which is how the shop already takes orders. The marble finishes page lets people pick a colour before they ask, and the services section walks through how a floor job runs, from the free site visit and moisture test to the final coat.
