Facebook is great for staying in touch with customers you already have. A website helps new ones find you: it shows up on Google, it loads quickly on a phone, it works for people who aren’t on Facebook, and it’s yours. Facebook can change the rules or close your page at any time.
Your logo (or we can design one), photos of your work, products or premises, the text for each page (or we can write it), your contact details and opening hours, and a product list if you’re getting a catalogue. On day one we send you a checklist, so nothing gets forgotten.
Most clients would rather send us a WhatsApp and have it done. That’s what care plans are for: Standard includes an hour of edits a month. Without a care plan, edits are $25 an hour, quoted before we start.
Your domain renews at cost, the same price the registry charges us. If you’re on a care plan, hosting and renewal are taken care of; the Essential plan is $15 a month. If not, you get your site files and host them wherever you like.
Yes. We work with businesses all over Zimbabwe and South Africa. Everything happens on WhatsApp and email, so where you are doesn’t matter. South African clients can see prices in rand and pay by EFT.
